iofy offers internet resellers and distributors the ability to offer downloadable spoken audio content for sale. By joining with iofy, partners can offer the 12,000+ titles that iofy currently has under management with Simon & Schuster, Hachette, Naxos, Blackstone and many other publishers, or they can offer any other content already licensed to the reseller or distributor.

iofy offers these services using a simple model: Partners choose the titles they want to sell, and iofy creates metadata feeds for their website, where they are instantly ready for sale. When a customer orders a title on the Partner's site, the reseller's eCommerce system notifies iofy to deliver a link to the downloadable title for the Partner's customer, and the customer can download the title and associated software as necessary. The Reseller is responsible for the commercial transaction and all costs associated with customer payment for product.

Partners selling iofy downloadable titles pay a setup fee for each title, and then will pay a transaction fee for every title sold.

Partners may also choose to give their customers the option to purchase titles delivered on iofy Audiobook Chips.
